NotamWX shows public aviation data. It has no accounts and no forms, and it does not store the airports you look up.
Your search text goes to this site to find matching airports. The airport you pick goes to aviationweather.gov for METAR and TAF and to autorouter for NOTAM. Neither receives anything that identifies you beyond what any web request carries.
